Yvonne is the operating broker, known for people-first leadership and practical, steady guidance. A former restaurant/bar manager and dance teacher, she blends service-first instincts with a calm command of real estate’s quick tempo. Mentored by her first broker, she built her career on integrity and hard work. Cape Verdean and fluent in Creole, Yvonne co-founded M.O.R.E. (Moms of Real Estate) and often supports multi-family buyers long after closing. She’s a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (2023), a Massachusetts Notary Public (since 2019), and a Louie Andrade Excellence Award honoree (2022). Outside of work, she’s a mom of four who loves fitness, cooking, and time with her Frenchie, Louie.

Andrea’s background in fashion merchandising and nine years of retail corporate experience sharpened her eye for detail, presentation, and thoughtful communication. Guided by strong mentors and a close-knit, faith-driven community, she leads with authenticity and focuses on what clients value most. Outside of work, Andrea serves on her church’s media team (design, photography, social), tends a vegetable garden, hikes whenever she can, and enjoys painting, photography, and thrift finds. A wife and mom of two—and dog mom to Luca—she’s licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
